The IEEE PES Networking without Borders project (NwB) was born in 1^st PES student congress (2014). The PES NwB’s mission is transform students into future leaders in the world. This mission will be achieved by connecting the PES student chapters and PES YP members on thematic projects in the energy to impact the largest number of people around the world. Through this connection will be preparing students for work in a global environment. Moreover, with this strategic mission of PES NWB project the students will become agents that will promote the PES growth and impact of IEEE in humanity. Since 2014, PES NwB project have connected PES student, PES YP and PES member volunteers from different part of the world. Also, PES NwB project have connected PES volunteers that attended in 1^st, 2^nd and US-CA PES student congresses.
