The celebration is held in hybrid mode. Offline celebration will be held at the School of Electrical and Information Engineering, Tianjin University, with a duration of 3 hours. Online celebration will be broadcasted on Tencent Meeting. Chengshan Wang(academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering) will give the opening speech. Four experts will give presentations in the event. They are Jessicaa Bian (IEEE PES President), Tek-Tjing Lie(professor at Auckland University of Technology), Tao Liu(expert of State Grid Tianjin Electric Power Company) and Hongjie Jia(professor at Tianjin University).
